The menu in PIATO is the result of the interaction of different generations who have been representing Greek gastronomy with respect and consistency for more than 40 years. Particular effort has been made to carefully select and use pure, superior quality ingredients. Wild greens, snails, courgette blossoms, Cretan dry rusk, honey, meat and dairy products all from local producers who respect Crete’s culinary legacy.
